Q: What is a serviced apartment?
A: A serviced apartment is the perfect combination between staying in a hotel and leasing an apartment. We provide the comfort of a hotel including maid service, on call manager, broadband access, fresh towels and linen change, but you also have the added convenience and freedom of staying in a spacious fully furnished luxury apartment.

Q: Where in Bristol are your serviced apartments located?
A: Our apartments are located across Bristol. For a central Bristol location we offer luxury apartments at Portland Square or the harbourside. If you prefer a more suburban location we have Apartments at Elton Road and Archfield Road situated close to Gloucester Road and Whiteladies Road respectively offering numerous restaurants, cafes and grocery stores while being just 1 mile from the city centre. We are continually adding to our apartment stock so call us for our latest locations.

Q: What services and facilities are included in the rate?
A: We include everything to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Our apartments have Broadband Access, DVD Players, Cable TV, free airport pickup from Bristol Int*, and fully equipped kitchens. We provide all your cooking utensils and cutlery. Fresh towels and linen are provided weekly. We even give each new guest a welcome bag on arrival which is perfect for getting you started.

Q: How often are the rooms serviced?
A: Our apartments have maid service weekly. This keeps your apartment looking the way it did when you first arrived and includes a linen and towel change (weekly) and fresh towels for each day of your stay.

Q: How do I get access to my apartment and will I be met on arrival?
A: We operate a self check-in system but we are always happy to meet our guests on arrival and show you around your apartment should you wish. The front door to each apartment has a secure modern electronic codelock which we programme with your unique 4 digit code allowing you access during the period of your stay with us.

Q: How do I pay and when do I pay?
A: Payment is required prior to commencing your stay. For further information on payment and cancellation policies please refer to our terms and conditions page.

Q: How much notice do I need to provide if I wish to cancel?
A: We require a full 4 weeks for you to cancel and receive a full refund of any monies paid. If you cancel within the 4 week period we have a sliding scale depending on the amount of notice you provide. We will always try and work with you in the event you have to cancel, however as our apartments tend to be booked well in advance it is often not possible for us to re-let your apartment which makes our cancellation policy necessary.

Q: How many people can stay in one of your apartments?
A: At the time of booking we will need the names of each of the people staying in the apartments. The total number of people is limited to the number of beds in the apartment, for example a studio or one bedroom apartment can only be booked for 2 people. If you have children staying with you we can provide extra bedding if available. Please contact us for further information...

Q: What discounts do you give for longer stays?
A: We have solutions for long stays and for those requiring Interim Housing or companies requiring Corporate Apartments for an extended period of time...

Q: What time is check in / check out?
A: Check-in is from 3pm on your day of arrival and we ask that on the day of departure that guests check out by 10:00am.

Q: I am working in Bristol on a contract basis, what type of apartment can you offer me?
A: We specialize in offering accommodation for people working in Bristol on a contract basis. Our apartments have great locations and offer much greater freedom and flexibility than staying long term in a hotel. Q: Is there a minimum length of stay?
A: We can accommodate stays of any length, anywhere from 1 day to 3 months or more. We will do everything we can to work with your travel plans whilst in Bristol whatever the duration.
